Good evening, everyone!
Today is the first time that Kolier Electric Group has held the 2019 Annual Awards Ceremony and Annual Meeting Ceremony of Kolier Electric Group in this vibrant Pengcheng Shenzhen. First of all, on behalf of Kolier Group, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the guests, friends and Kolier colleagues attending today's annual meeting! Warm congratulations on winning all kinds of advanced collectives and advanced individuals this year!

Kolier Electric Group started in a remote town in Qiyang County, Hunan Province in 1992. Under the leadership of my father, it worked hard to start a business and went through ups and downs, and overcame countless difficulties. Step by step, it led Kolier Group to today and successfully went public, creating a good development platform for Kolier. In November 2018, my father took the initiative to give up his talents and retired with a group of senior comrades of the board of directors and supervisors to elect me as the new chairman of Corel. 2019 is my first year as chairman of the board, and it is also the first year of Corel's "second venture". Therefore, I have determined the theme of this year's annual meeting as "gratitude, inheritance and win-win", which is an annual meeting of epoch-making significance.

"Grateful" is the basic principle of my life. I will always remember the people who supported, cared for and helped Kolil and me! Taking this opportunity, first of all, I would like to thank my father, the founder of Kolier Group. Without your hard work and hard work, there would be no such a good platform as Kolier today. After nearly 30 years of development, Kolier has accumulated valuable enterprise spirit and management experience. The spirit of hard struggle is the soul of Kolier's development. "Forgetting history is tantamount to betrayal". Only by inheriting and innovating and developing can the enterprise be a "century old shop". The company plans to build the Collier Cultural Center in the old headquarters of Hunan this year, as an educational base for the development history and culture of the company, and become the "Yan'an" of Collier, so as to educate batch after batch of Collier latecomers and keep in mind the difficult history of entrepreneurship., To deeply understand Collier's entrepreneurial spirit and culture, in order to spur and encourage all Collier people to continue to work hard and innovate and develop, and create a better future!
2019 was a landmark year for Kolil.
2019 is my first year as chairman and a new starting point in my life. 2019 is also the first year of Corel's second venture, and it is also the starting point for another take-off. Many people think that the company has successfully listed and can breathe a sigh of relief. This idea is wrong. Only by keeping a low-key, modest, and pragmatic spirit at any time, continuous innovation, continuous self-reflection, and continuous summary, can the company remain invincible forever. "The water is low into the sea, and the man is low into the king" is a famous saying that I have always adhered to. The reason why the sea becomes the sea is because of its low location and no choice of trickle. Only by keeping a low profile and being modest can one become an excellent person. We should not be complacent and proud just because we have achieved a little bit of success. This mentality hinders our success.

The world situation changes suddenly, the Sino-US trade war is still continuing, the real economy has been affected by a lot of impact, many manufacturing enterprises in 2019 is very sad, 2020 is the starting point of the Kangbo cycle ten years, the most important thing is to "survive", only survival can talk about development. So how should we deal with this situation? I think the most important thing for enterprises is to keep innovating. Whenever I walk in Shenzhen Bay in the morning, there are three sentences that make me feel deeply, "Development is the first priority, innovation is the first driving force, and talent is the first resource". So how can we innovate and develop? Only with the best talents can we innovate and develop. The best talents in an enterprise are the most important resources and the most precious wealth. He who gets talent gets the world! The most important thing I did in 2019 was to "recruit talents". Vigorously implement the "talent development strategy" and put talents in the first place in the development of enterprises.
In 2019, we are aiming at the field of artificial intelligence and robotics to plan industrial transformation and upgrading. On the basis of servo motors, we have introduced a large number of high-quality outstanding R & D talents from Japanese and well-known domestic companies, and established servo encoders, servo drive R & D and Servo application and testing teams have developed the latest generation of Kolier servo systems, and established the Industrial Automation and Control Technology Division; in 2019, we set up Kolier Shenzhen Operation Center in Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Ecological Park. When we moved in on February 20, 2019, apart from the personnel of the export team, I was the only one who worked until now to gradually implement group operation and improve the group's control functions. Shenzhen Kolier Investment Control was used as the holding platform of the group's Shenzhen headquarters, and servo system division, pump division, DC motor brushless division, series motor division and stepping motor division were set up.

In 2019, it took us more than 2 months to establish the top servo system test center in China. In 2019, we achieved a breakthrough in servo drives from 0 to 1, creating a miracle in the industry.
In 2019, we introduced a consulting firm, defined the organizational structure of the company's group control, established the group's management processes and systems, and determined the company's future strategic direction.
In 2019, we gradually established an information system, lean production management system.
The company has introduced a lot of talents this year, and various cultures and management concepts are different. We must learn to listen to the opinions of others, have a sense of the overall situation, continue to integrate, and finally achieve harmonious development and achieve "win-win"!
