In 2022, in terms of business development, Corel will focus on the main business of motor and intelligent drive control, and gradually establish a product moat. In terms of research and development and production, Corel will give priority to energy conservation, carry out green design, gradually expand motor efficiency, realize green supply, support energy conservation and efficiency improvement in key downstream application industries, and help achieve the goal of carbon neutralization. In terms of enterprise management, Corel will uphold the strategic position of "talent-led development, we should actively create an enterprise environment of" those who are near and those who are far away ", build a solid and stable talent growth platform, introduce and train talent teams with optimized structure and high quality, implement the construction of talent team in all fields and the whole process of the group's business, and implement the talent development.
