1. Greenhouse Gas Verification

According to the "Guidelines for Accounting Methods and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Key Enterprises (Institutions) in Hunan Province (Trial)" (Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission), the company's greenhouse gas emissions in 2021 were examined, and the results are as follows:

The company's GHG emissions equivalent in 2021 is 6588.15 tCO2. According to the results of carbon emissions inventory, it is proposed to reduce CO2 emissions from the following aspects.

(1) Assess the energy consumption (and water consumption) per unit of product production to reduce energy consumption.

(2) Increase production and reduce the energy consumption of public equipment per unit of product in the production process, thereby reducing carbon emissions.

(3) For the waste heat (including hot waste water), the heat is recovered by heat exchange to reduce the consumption of natural gas.

(4) Regularly check, transform and upgrade the production equipment to reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the equipment.

(5) Make full use of solar energy and install photovoltaic power generation devices on the roof at the right time to reduce purchased electricity.

  4. Optimize product and process design to reduce the use and loss of primary aluminum and steel;
  5. Products for removable green design, recycling aluminum, steel and other parts;
  6. Research and development of green materials to replace or partially replace virgin aluminum and steel materials;
  7. The company still has room to further reduce power consumption. It is recommended to further do a good job of saving power throughout the plant, and timely check and upgrade the equipment.
