Nie Pengju believes that the current teachers' salaries are low and lack of protection. The salary level of teachers in our country is low, the increase is small, the working hours are not proportional to the labor remuneration, and the income of teachers is not guaranteed.

The content of teacher evaluation system is simplified. The number of students on-line in the college entrance examination, the employment rate of colleges and secondary schools, and the number of academic papers are still the only evaluation criteria for measuring schools and teachers. The unscientific teacher evaluation system aggravates the imbalance of teachers and students between regions and schools. In the process of education reform, the teacher education evaluation system has not yet shown its due scale. There are some problems, such as unscientific evaluation standard, single evaluation method, single evaluation subject, simple evaluation content, utilitarian evaluation target and poor operability. This kind of evaluation system seriously hinders the long-term development of teachers and suppresses the development of teachers' potential.

Nie Pengju suggested that we should increase investment in education, guarantee government funds, and improve the treatment of teachers. Education needs investment, but also system and policy guarantees, so that governments at all levels and education authorities have the confidence and ability to support the development of education. Good conditions, good treatment, there will be good teachers. Only when teachers have no distractions and focus on education can the quality of teaching be improved. Through the analysis of the salary level of all walks of life in the society, the teacher's salary system is developed, and the salary and performance management methods are introduced to solve the problems that affect the teaching enthusiasm and sustainable and healthy development.

The evaluation of teachers' teaching effectiveness is related to teachers' evaluation and promotion of professional titles. A reasonable and scientific evaluation system and evaluation method are conducive to promoting the enthusiasm of teachers' work. First of all, the teacher evaluation system should grasp the correct evaluation value orientation, improve the teaching level of teachers, and mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of both sides of the teaching. Secondly, the establishment of internal drive type evaluation mechanism, to achieve the development of teacher evaluation system.
