Increase investment in education and maximize teachers' subjective initiative

This year's government work report proposes to promote the fair development and quality improvement of education. And teachers are often the most critical part of determining the quality of teaching. But at present, the treatment of teachers in our country is relatively low, and many excellent teachers flow to non-teacher posts or other industries.
In my research, I found that the salary level of teachers in our country is low, the increase is small, the working hours are not proportional to the labor remuneration, and the income of teachers is not guaranteed. At the same time, the number of students on the college entrance examination, the employment rate of colleges and secondary schools, and the number of academic papers are still the only evaluation criteria for measuring schools and teachers. The unscientific teacher evaluation system aggravates the imbalance of teachers and students between regions and schools. In the process of education reform, the teacher education evaluation system has not yet shown its due scale. There are some problems, such as unscientific evaluation standard, single evaluation method, single evaluation subject, simple evaluation content, utilitarian evaluation target and poor operability. This kind of evaluation system seriously hinders the long-term development of teachers and suppresses the development of teachers' potential.
I suggest that we should increase investment in education, guarantee government funds, and improve the treatment of teachers. Through the analysis of the salary level of all walks of life in the society, the teacher's salary system is developed, and the salary and performance management methods are introduced to solve the problems that affect the teaching enthusiasm and sustainable and healthy development. Only good conditions, good treatment, there will be good teachers. Only when teachers have no distractions and focus on education can the quality of teaching be improved.
At the same time, for the evaluation of teaching effectiveness related to teachers' evaluation and promotion of professional titles, it is necessary to formulate a reasonable and scientific evaluation system and evaluation methods to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers' work. In the process of educational evaluation, highlighting rewards and not giving up punishment will help guide and encourage teachers, and maximize teachers' subjective initiative through the establishment of teachers' self-evaluation mechanism. To evaluate the omni-directional feedback of teachers' teaching work and the performance of the whole process, we should not only look at the basic quality of teachers, but also the quality of their work process, but also the effect of teachers' teaching, so as to build a perfect teacher evaluation system.
