KELI's chairman Nie Baosheng, vice chairman and general manager Nie Pengju jointly invested 2 million yuan to establish Baochun Charity Foundation in Hunan Qiyang County in 2015. In the afternoon of August 23, 2016, the 2016 annual award and funding conference was held. Secretary of the CPC Qiyang County Committee Zhou Xinhui, deputy secretary of the county committee and candidate of the county head Jin Biao, vice chairman of the CPPCC County Committee Chen Zhenwen and Wen Yingxiong, and the leaders of the Education Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau Export attended the conference.

At the conference, Baochun Charity Foundation awarded 10 teachers and 9 students who are excellent on performance, 6 students whose family condition is extremely poor, 20 students whose family condition is poor and 15 designated university students. On the funding basis of RMB 188000 in 2015, Baochun Charity Foundation won a total of RMB 210000 to help the poor and rural public welfare undertakings in 2016.
